Well, I made it back from Rome. The sermon didn’t go as I had planned, but overall, God really blessed it. I got to meet with a lot of people from the church in Ciampino and really had a great time. I also had the chance to meet some other evangelical pastors in the Rome area. God really used this last trip to open up my eyes to what He is doing in Italy.

I am back in Ancona for the next 10 days or so. My next trip is going back to southern Italy for a church of Christ convention. After the convention, I will be helping out with a small group of interns that is coming from the states to work with us for the summer.

Please be in prayer this week for:

  • Our relationships with Italians – pray for the Spirit to intervene in all of our lives and draw us closer to Jesus.
  • Our language abilities
  • The multiplication of our cell group – after our group grows to a certain number, we would like to birth another group. Ideally, this process continues exponentially.
  • Our intimacy with God.
